Students live in the Statesmen Rentals, LLC. Statesmen Rentals has two main properties located just off the northwest corner of campus. It is within walking distance of the school and literally a stone's throw from Statesmen Park. Each dorm has two full bathrooms. Beds are provided, and fit twin and twin extra long mattresses. Each dorm includes a full eat in kitchen with refrigerator, and stove. The dorms all have cable and wireless internet.

Statesmen Rentals also has properties located in town just minutes away from the college campus. All of our properties are well maintained and monitored regularly to insure all of our renters have the best possible experience while attending Lincoln Trail College.
